The overturning of Harvey Weinstein's sexual assault conviction in New York state landed heavy on the scores of women Weinstein is accused of harassing over the years.  But the development was not totally unexpected, given the complicated nature of the prosecution against the disgraced Hollywood mogul.

Harvey Weinstein's predatory behavior was the spark that launched the "Me Too" movement.

But the decision by New York state's highest court to overturn Weinstein's sexual assault conviction could threaten years of advances by women in the entertainment industry.  KNX chief correspondent Charles Feldman talked with Kim Masters at the Hollywood Reporter ... where she broke some of the earliest and biggest stories of Weinstein's transgressions.

Charles asked Kim what she was hearing from people in Hollywood about the decision today.

Dozens of women came forward to accuse Weinstein, including famous actors like Ashley Judd and Uma Thurman.
