The key to happiness in life ... might just be getting older!
A new study out of UC Irvine shows that people grow happier as they get older. Researchers collected daily emotional updates from a adults between the ages of 22 and 95-years-old ... finding that negative feelings generally start to decline in people around midlife.
Study author Susan Charles, a professor of psychological science at UCI, tells KNX she found that older people were better at finding the positives.
Older adults in the study also generally reported greater satisfaction with their close friends and family members.
