More young adults in California report depression and suicidal thoughts

We've discussed the impacts of the pandemic on mental health before. But a new survey commissioned by the California Endowment might be even more cause for concern. 

More than three quarters of young adults in the state reported anxiety in the last year with more than half reporting depression. And almost a third say they've experienced suicidal thinking. 16 percent reported self harm.
