A new poll from the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies finds Rick Caruso catching up to Karen Bass in the LA Mayor's race. Bass leads 34 to 31 among all registered voters. That's down from a 12-point Bass lead in August. Raphe Sonenshein is the Executive Director of the Pat Brown Institute for Public Affairs at Cal State LA.
