Death and destruction. Hurricane Ian has ripped through Florida leaving behind immense damage. There are reports that at least 15 people have been confirmed killed across the state but officials say that number could grow much higher as rescue crews wade through massive floodwaters from Fort Myers to Orlando and Daytona Beach. It's left behind massive destruction in the Fort Myers area. There was significant flooding in the Orlando area even though Orlando is inland, well away from the ocean and gulf shores.

Will Wade is a Bloomberg news reporter covering the storm down in Florida. He's in the Tampa area now after spending most of the day down in the Port Charlotte area which is around where Ian made landfall.
