Almost all major reservoirs in California sitting at, or above, total capacity ... and a Sierra snowpack sitting right at 100-percent of average for this time of year.

It has been a really good couple of water years for our normally parched state ... but how long can the good times last?  KNX chief correspondent Charles Feldman asked California's state climatologist Michael Anderson the risk versus reward calculation for yet more rain and snow heading our way.
