Hollywood studios might not be as unified as they'd want you to believe in the face of SAG-AFTRA, WGA strikes

View descriptionShare

So far there hasn't been much in the way of a unified response or messaging from producers or studios now that SAG-AFTRA actors are on strike.  While the Alliance for Motion Picture and Television Producers has issued some boiler plate statements about being disappointed that SAG-AFTRA voted to strike, the only insights we've had into how studio executives are thinking have been care of people like Disney CEO Bob Iger----who now infamously said that the negotiating positions of writers and actors were "unrealistic."
