KNX In Depth's Charles Feldman and Rob Archer discuss how the LA Times found people failed to completely listen to Governor Newsom when he asked everyone to cut their water usage by 15 percent.  The savings ended up being seven percent across the state.  Kelly Sanders is an engineering professor at USC who researches how energy production and consumption affect water resources.
