While there should be some short-term relief for California drivers at the gas pumps ... it looks like prices will NOT stay low. 

Tom Kloza at the Oil Price Information Service tells KNX News that prices will go down over the next few months. 

BUT he says there's a key shutdown looming in the new year.

Kloza says that as of now California regulators have no answers for how to make up for that lost gasoline production in 2024.
