Former President Trump is facing a big legal setback now that a federal appeals court blocked the order for an independent special master to look through the seized Mar-a-Lago documents. 

That's not the only thing he has to worry about either. The January 6th Committee met today to discuss possibly recommending that the Justice Department file criminal charges against the former president and others linked to January 6th.
