Let's go back to March 1st, 2020, when most of us probably didn't fully understand what was headed our way.  March 1st marked the first recorded coronavirus infection in New York state, and the virus would go on to hammer the New York City area at the start of this pandemic.

By March 11th the World Health Organization had officially declared the spread of COVID-19 a pandemic.

On March 12th the city of San Francisco closed down its schools, as New York City shuttered all Broadway theaters.

And by March 19th, California's "shelter in place" order had been issued.  By the end of March 2020, there were nearly 200,000 confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S..........and it would only get so much worse from there.
