Many Republicans are blaming former President Trump for the lack of a red wave on Tuesday. The former president may announce next week that he's running for president in 2024. He's already slamming his possible primary opponent, Florida governor Ron DeSantis, in what could be the start of a civil war of sorts in the Republican party.
