Can Southern California's already soggy hillsides take another round of rain?

California's reservoirs are full, the Sierra snowpack is at 100% of its seasonal level and groundwater is being recharged--it's been a bountiful two, wet winters for the normally parched state.

But with another late season storm on the way this weekend, there are plenty of risks that come with another round of rain.

KNX chief correspondent Charles Feldman talked with USGS geologist Matthew Thomas at the Landslide Hazards Program ... and asked whether SoCal's soggy hillsides can withstand more rain.
