View descriptionShare

California's small businesses are expressing an overwhelming feeling of uncertainty in a new survey that shows business owners want state government to ease off of new regulations ... and double down on crime prevention.

The National Federation of Independent Business California chapter released survey results this morning, where a whopping 90-percent of respondents said they want the state to delay the 2035 deadline for eliminating the sale of gasoline cars.

State chapter director John Kabateck tells KNX environmental regulations are hammering mom-and-pop operations.

Nearly 90-percent of small business owners wanted a repeal of Prop. 47, which raised the the values of stolen property counted as misdemeanor crime ... citing a surge in shoplifting incidents.
