What a difference a couple of months can make.

Heading into December, just about every square inch of California was considered to be in extreme drought.  Three months later, almost the entire state is considered to be entirely out of it, according to the just released and updated drought monitor.

This winter has been so epic on so many different levels for California's water supply ... but now the trick will be to utilize as much of that rain and snow as possible in the hot, dry months that will soon be upon us.
