Governor Gavin Newsom announced a COVID vaccine mandate for California's teachers today:  they either have to be vaccinated or submit to regular testing throughout the school year.

And it promises to be an especially challenging year, where teachers will have to reintroduce most of their students back to classrooms...........while also enforcing COVID rules.
