If you're back to work or maybe never left during the pandemic, are you finding that your co-workers just aren't as friendly anymore? Maybe you invite them out after work for a drink or coffee and they decline when they used to always join you.
More and more people are breaking up with their work friends. A Gallup poll surveyed hybrid workers and found in June that 17 percent said they had a “best friend” at work, down from 22 percent who said they did in 2019.
