Bosses react to "quiet quitting" with "quiet firing"

Remember when we talked about "quiet quitting?" It's basically when workers do only what's asked of them. No more going the extra mile at work. Now there's a reaction to that from bosses. 

It's called "quiet firing." It's when bosses don't actually fire workers. They just treat workers so badly to the point that the workers quit on their own. But that doesn't seem exactly new. Gena Cox is an industrial/organizational psychologist. She coaches business leaders and has a book coming out called Leading Inclusion: Drive Change Your Employees Can See and Feel.
