California's Attorney General Rob Bonta filed criminal charges against one of the LA County DA's top advisors.  The assistant DA was charged with 11 felony counts Wednesday.  Bonta accuses her of wrongly downloading confidential records of police officers six years ago when she worked for the LA County Sheriff's Department.
