It's increasingly looking like Donald Trump's second criminal indictment of the year is on deck. Trump and his lawyers have been formally informed by Justice Department prosecutors that the former president is the target of a criminal investigation, surrounding Trump's possession of classified documents after he left the White House.  Charges for Trump are likely to center around ostruction and the Espionage Act.
