Are the NFL & NFL players' union doing enough to support their younger players with career-threatening injuries?

Super Bowl 57 is less than two weeks away.

But an injury to a young player that went down earlier this season shows us the risks the players face.

It was the cardiac arrest suffered by Bills player Damar Hamlin.

It's worth noting:  the average career length of a NFL player is a little more than 3 years.

And in spite of the huge player salaries that make big headlines, a lot of NFL players don't get the chance to earn much in their careers.
