If you've ever ordered at a fast food drive-thru..chances are you've had your order messed up. Artificial Intelligence was supposed to help fix that. But it apparently hasn't, at least at McDonald's.

McDonald's says it's ending its partnership with IBM which has been testing A-I technology at some drive-thrus since 2021. The drive-thru A-I has been criticized for getting people's orders wrong..and not just a little wrong...a lot wrong. People have gone on Tik Tok like this woman to complain..

KNX chief correspondent Charles Feldman talked to A-I expert Tony Fernandez about why A-I has failed so badly at taking food orders.
