Santa Monica has confiscated some. We will go In Depth on whether the scooters are the motorized wave of the future, or a menace to pedestrians and car drivers alike. Also, a very personal talk with LAPD Chief Michel Moore following this past weekend's incident at the Trader Joes in Silver Lake--an incident that led to the death of a young store manager by a police bullet.
