The Save the Preston Market Action Group’s decade-long fight has already secured a Heritage Overlay protecting the site. But similar battles are playing out at Sydney’s Paddy’s Markets, Adelaide’s Crown & Anchor Hotel, and Queen Victoria Market in Melbourne.
