This episode is a game-changer for young girls in the Bay Area. The Forever Young Foundation, led by the legendary Steve Young, is making a significant impact in the community by providing opportunities and awareness to help those in need. This week, they're hosting a youth flag football camp for girls aged 7 to 14, and we're joined by Dr. Shannon Goode, a sports medicine physician who's passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of youth sports.

The camp is just one part of the foundation's ongoing efforts to empower young girls through sports. By providing access to leadership skills, confidence-building activities, and mentorship, the foundation aims to establish healthy habits that last a lifetime. Steve Young and Jerry Rice will be joining the camp as coaches, and it's clear that this is more than just a fun event – it's a movement to create positive change.
