Women's Coaching Alliance empowers young women aged 15–26 to develop leadership skills through coaching youth sports, providing training, mentorship, and paid coaching opportunities. Since 2022, the organization has supported over 150 coaches and positively impacted more than 1,100 players across 14+ cities in Northern and Southern California.
