For the first time in twenty years, it won't take a hop, skip, or a jump for St. Louisans to get to mainland Europe. The inaugural flight of Lufthansa's route between St. Louis and Frankfurt Germany was full when it took off Wednesday. But what will it take to keep seats filled and planes coming and going?
