Most people hate politics, for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the biggest one is because of how much conflict and resulting anxiety is inherent within political discourse. Whatever their reason, 1 Timothy 2:1-5 calls us to pray for those in authority and to basically be aware of our surroundings when it comes to leadership matters.

Author of the book “Politics for People Who Hate Politics” & nationally renowned speaker & news contributor, Denise Gitsham helps us navigate these cultural realities in these two episodes. She holds true to her Christian faith, while graciously interacting with political reality within American culture. Based on her writings, Denise seeks to walk in the Grace and Truth of Jesus within the often tumultuous realm of politics. Denise’s engaging personality and winsomeness in the midst of conflict draws any willing listener in and to consider how to be faithful stewards of our voices in our culture.
