Have you ever heard the saying we are what we say we are?  


So if this is the case, we pretty much can create our lives to be whatever we put our minds to.  


The benefit of this is, if your life isn’t as you want it to be, you can change it. Like a canvas, we can paint a picture of how we want our lives to look,  it all start by taking control of our thoughts. 


One of the tools we can use to do this are Affirmations, and we are fortunate enough today to be joined by our special guest Kim Norton, founder of Rainbow Light Therapies to talk with us all about it.  


Kim is a Holistic Counsellor specialising in stress and anxiety management for children, teens and adults.
