This is especially pertinent to mothers who has a traumatic pregnancy, delivery and or post birth experience for the baby and mother

Well today we will speak with an inspirational mother who experienced all of these things and so kindly will share what she learnt and in hindsight would do differently

To talk with us about this today we welcome back Krissy Regan 

Krissy is Founder of Mindful Mums Queensland and author of the new book Broken to Unbreakable, 12 Steps to and Unbreakable Mind, Body and Spirit.

It is now recognised that women can experience PTSD as a result of trauma around the birth of their children. PTSD is not just exclusively for ex-service men and women. Post-natal depression is widely discussed, post-natal PTSD is less widely discussed. 
What is mindfulness meditation and what are the benefits?
Mindfulness for Mums is undoubtedly helpful for anyone who are sleep deprived and trying to be in control what are some tips that can be employed?
