Your child’s employability in the workforce may be the last thing on your mind right now, but did you know that in a Dell Technologies report they stated that 85% of the jobs in 2030 that Generation Z and Alpha will enter into have not been invented yet.

Also, according to a World Economic Forum report, 65% of primary-school children today will be working in job types that do not exist yet.

So, what skills can we be teaching our children today to help open the doors to 21st Century skills and prepare them for job opportunities in the future?

That’s what we’re here to discuss today with our special guest Adam Jacobs, Managing Director of Junior Engineers. 

As an experienced leader in the education and edtech sectors, Adam has been a multiple industries, ranging from corporate finance to film and television to education. But education is by far the topic he is most passionate about.

Since its founding in 2013, Junior Engineers has educated over 40,000 students [also internationally!] and delivers over 120 classes per week and over 55 workshops during the school holidays at over 110 schools and corporate organisations via a network of qualified and engaging instructors.
