We’re here today share with you a new approach that may raise a few eyebrows.

This is an internationally recognised, evidence-based approach that is considered a revolution in baby and toddler sleep. Interestingly, it is not sleep training at all.

What does this all mean?

To help explain, we welcome our special guest, Dr Pamela Douglas.

Dr Pamela Douglas is a Senior Lecturer, at The University of Queensland, an Associate Professor in the Transforming Maternity Care Collaborative unit at Griffith University and also Medical Director of Possums for Parents with Babies program.

We ask Dr Pamela questions including:

What is the most common problem that parents present with concerning infant sleep?
How does this approach work step by step with your baby’s biology (not against it)?
Why do you believe sleep training often makes life a lot harder for families?
