A study (University of Manchester) analyzed the microbial contents of 10 household pillows, ages ranging from 18 months to 20 years. Researchers found more than a million spores and up to 16 species of fungi, including bread and shower molds, in each pillow. One Kfm listener shared how old his favourite pillow is.
