This holiday season, we’re bringing you something very special: 12 Days of Hope. Each day, you’ll hear a short message from a child in care, one of the kids from our children’s homes, sharing a bit of their world with you.

This Summer Holiday, Kfm 94.5, Community Chest, and the Western Cape Department of Social Development are joining hands to bring joy to a kid like this. We will be distributing goody packs and games to almost 500 children in Child and Youth centres across the Cape to bring some joy.

And to kick off Day 1 of 12 Days of Hope, EB interviewed Dr. Richard Noor, Chair of Community Chest of the Western Cape, and Jaco Londt, MEC for Social Development in the Western Cape.
