A key part of the Government's controversial Three Waters reforms has just passed its third reading in Parliament - the Water Services Entities Bill.
It's the first of several bills to establish the new national water system.
Deputy Political Editor Jason Walls told Kerre Woodham the bill has passed despite vocal opposition.
