For the past year, the Second Avenue Commons has been providing shelter to the homeless population in Pittsburgh. The facility downtown does something else. It has a medical clinic, one of only three in the nation housed inside a shelter facility. Dr. Anita Leon-Jhong is the medical director of the UPMC Health Center at Second Avenue Commons. She joined The Rick Dayton Show to talk about the services they provide, who can take advantage of them, and how they are making a big difference in people's lives.
