A survey released by the University of Pennsylvania shows that 4 in 10 Americans say they've decided to return to "normal" pre-COVID life, essentially saying they're "done" with the pandemic.

This, as transmission rates remain high and kids poised to return to school will likely have few COVID-19 mandates.
