Organophosphate esters, or OPEs are used widely now widely used in foams found in furniture, baby products, electronics, textiles and building materials to prevent fires and make plastics more flexible.

But new research out of UC Davis links exposure to these chemicals to pre-term birth and and higher birth weights among pregnant women.

UCLA is expected to pay UC Berkeley $10-MILLION dollars annually for six years, due to UCLA's move to the Big Ten and the Pac-12's dissolution. 

This recommendation was proposed by the president of the University of California, and will be voted upon by the board of Regents on Tuesday.

And no we're not talking about rainy weather.

The earth is receiving a solar storm, which means we could see satellite and communication disruptions.

But, since this is the largest solar storm we've experienced in 20 years, we could see a rare appearance of the northern lights in the sky.
