Former President Donald Trump is reportedly making big promises to top oil executives, for the low low price of a billion dollars to get him back into the White House.

The Washington Post reports, Trump vowed to curb environmental regulations cutting into their business, and immediately reverse dozens of President Biden's policies if he wins November election.
