Construction officials say they may be able to get a sample from the cracked Transbay girders as early as Tuesday to try to figure out what went wrong. But as KCBS Radio's Megan Goldsby reports, the steel going in to shoring up the building is coming from the same manufacturers that made the girders that cracked.
