The future of TikTok in the U.S. has reached a critical juncture, with both the House of Representatives and the Senate passing a bill that presents TikTok's parent company with two choices: Sell the platform to an approved buyer or face a ban. 

This follows heightened scrutiny of the app, driven not only by concerns regarding the addictive nature of its endless scrolling videos but also its Chinese owner, ByteDance, and the personal data of millions of U.S. users.
