51 years after Roe v Wade: The state of abortion legislation in the U.S.

Today would have marked 51 years since the Roe v Wade supreme court case, ensuring the right to abortion care in the U.S.

And now, two years after the landmark decision was overturned, access to the reproductive care varies widely state to state, as advocates and opponents are fighting it out in the lower courts in the meantime.

To answer your questions and more, KCBS Radio's Nikki Medoro and Eric Thomas spoke with Michelle Oberman, Law Professor at Santa Clara University, where she researches the impact of abortion regulation, currently looking at changes on the ground when U.S. abortion law changes.
