The FTC strikes down noncompete agreements for workers - now what?

In a landmark vote, the FTC this week decided to ban employers from using non-compete agreements to stop most workers in the U-S from joining rival firms.

While many workers are in favor of this move, it won't be smooth sailing, as legal challenges are already on the horizon.
