Cars are constantly getting safer with new technology being innovated all the time, but there's always room for improvement.

Newly-innovated tests done on popular small SUV's show that their crash-prevention technology still has some kinks to be worked out.. 

For a closer look, KCBS Radio's Matt Bigler spoke with David Aylor, Vice President of Active Safety at the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, he oversaw the testing.
