Supreme Court Veering Away from Opinions of Chief Justice Roberts

In a landmark vote, the FTC this week decided to ban employers from using non-compete agreements to stop most workers in the U-S from joining rival firms.

While many workers are in favor of this move, it won't be smooth sailing, as legal challenges are already on the horizon.

The company that owns TikTok plans to challenge at attempt by Congress to force it to sell off the popular app. The legislation was included in a foreign aid package and gives ByteDance a year to sell TikTok, or face a ban in the U.S.
