Experts say most of the sunscreen on the shelf isn't actually all that effective.
Researchers at the Environmental Working Group say that only a quarter of the 1,700 sunscreens assessed in their yearly sunscreen guide were found to meet their standards for safety and efficacy -- troubling news for those who use sunscreen for protection from harmful rays.
