Seacliff Beach in Santa Cruz reopens after repairing storm damage

About 600 inmates are being transferred away from the troubled women's prison that's closing in Dublin.

Prisoner advocates say this move is retaliation against the women inmates who filed a class action lawsuit over rampant rape and sexual abuse there.
