San Ramon student is selected to compete in national climate change competition

According to the World Economic Forum, 93% of Gen Z's in the U.S. say that solving climate change is critical for the future of the planet. But the issues can feel overwhelming and sometimes lead to inaction. 


For more, we are joined on the KCBS Ring Central newsline by 15 year old Ibrahim Bello, a rising senior at California Virtual Academies. He says climate change does not intimidate him, he is inspired to find solutions. He was selected as finalist for the K12 Innovation Challenge, where students present ideas to address the planet’s most pressing environmental issues.
