In recent years, fast fashion has been taking a big hit with fraudulent returns, causing thousands of dollars to be lost. One retailer in particular to fall in the trap is PacSun, which filed an investigation to find out why the company is facing hundreds of returns without the actual product. Turns out Dubai-based messaging and social media app, Telegram, has a whole lot to do with it.
