The Republican National Committee has filed a law suit against the state of California to stop Gov. Gavin Newsom from mailing ballots to all registered voters ahead of the November election. The lawsuit, filed Sunday in U.S. District Court, comes after the governor announced the changes in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
